Sleder’s on The Four 9&10 News

June 27, 2019

Sleder’s Family Tavern’s newest menu item, the meat-free Beyond Burger, along with one of our well-established favorites, the House Salad with creamy garlic dressing were recently featured on  The four on 9&10 News. The Four is a lifestyle show that spotlights area cuisine in the CBS studio’s Heritage House Kitchen. The Four reporter, Melissa Smith, brought the Cadillac-based show to Sleder’s in Traverse City to better capture the iconic tavern’s nostalgic atmosphere and learn more about Sleder’s history from owner-family member Megan Cox and General Manager/Chef Beth Schram.  The interview aired in two segments on The Four on Monday, June 24.  You can watch the recorded broadcast and enjoy some photos of the filming below:

As seen on The four on 9&10 News:

Sleder’s Beyond Burger

A 6oz meat-free patty served on a kaiser bun and shown here ordered deluxe with lettuce, tomato, and onion, and instead of kettle chips, this one has a side of Sleder’s hand-cut fries. So delicious! A great meat-free option!

Sleder’s House Salad

Lettuce, ham or turkey, swiss cheese, olives, and parmesan cheese with our own creamy garlic and lemon dressing. You’ll want to order it every time you visit! So good!
