The Sleder’s On the Porch Concert Series will feature three special performances in March beginning with the Charlie Millard Band performing indie rock and roll on March 8 at 5 p.m. Then songwriting, “road-dog, raconteur, and almost-poet” Peter Mulvey returns to the Porch on Sunday March 22 at 5 p.m. to celebrate the 20th anniversary of his album, The Trouble With Poets. The legendary folk troubadour, Bill Staines, will then make his annual pilgrimage to Sleder’s on Sunday, March 29 at 5 p.m. to herald in the spring with his songs from over 50 years of performing.
Concert tickets are $20 in advance at Oryana Food Cooperative and Brilliant Books in Traverse City, online for $22 at TCconcerts.com, and at the door the day of the show for $25. ST. PATRICKS DAY BOILED DINNER ALL DAY MARCH 17, 2020
Join us for a fun St. Patrick’s Day on Tuesday, March 17. The tavern will be be decorated in shamrocks, Guinness stout is on tap, and a homestyle Corned Beef and Cabbage Boiled Dinner is on the menu from 11:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m.
