March Madness with Three Sunday Concerts and a St. Patrick’s Day Boiled Dinner
Update: To do our part in stopping the spread of coronavirus, we have put away Randolph’s ladder and are temporarily restricting our restaurant service to take-out only. Call 231-947-9213 to order your St. Patrick’s Day boiled dinner or anything else off our menu (or gift certificates for future use!) Our On the Porch Concert Series will continue as soon as we can resume normal operations. Thank you for supporting our family business!
The Sleder’s On the Porch Concert Series will feature three special performances in March beginning with the Charlie Millard Band performing indie rock and roll on March 8 at 5 p.m. Then songwriting, “road-dog, raconteur, and almost-poet” Peter Mulvey returns to the Porch on Sunday March 22 at 5 p.m. to celebrate the 20th anniversary of his album, The Trouble With Poets. The legendary folk troubadour, Bill Staines, will then make his annual pilgrimage to Sleder’s on Sunday, March 29 at 5 p.m. to herald in the spring with his songs from over 50 years of performing.
Concert tickets are $20 in advance at Oryana Food Cooperative and Brilliant Books in Traverse City, online for $22 at TCconcerts.com, and at the door the day of the show for $25. Come enjoy some Sunday music on the porch, an intimate, acoustic listening room with table service for dining and drinks. Visit Sleders.com for more details. Bring your friends and family. We hope to see you!
