Cheers to all on Father’s Day!
We look forward to seeing many families celebrating their fathers today at the tavern. We open on Father’s Day at 12:00 p.m. and begin serving dinner at 5:00 p.m. We close each night at 9:00 p.m. Our regular summer hours are as follows:

We are closing on Wednesdays until we can hire enough staff that everyone can enjoy a day off. With Michigan’s new Covid Order that restaurants can reopen at 100% capacity, the tavern will now have all the booths available for seating again; however, some tables may still be unavailable to ensure our high standards for service with minimal wait times. We will have full service on our Al Fresco Dining Porch too.
This year, the alfresco patio has all-new chairs and tables: high bar tables shaded by ferns and four tops along the fence, and larger tables for groups of 10 toward the far end. Even with some construction across the street as a new condominium goes up, Randolph Street in historic Slabtown is as delightful as ever and a short walk to West Grand Traverse Bay.
