Bill Staines – Spring Concert, March 25

February 27, 2018

Spring is on its way and so is one of the best folk singers ever: Bill Staines

Bill will be bringing his iconic voice and guitar to Sleder’s on March 25 for an afternoon concert on the porch that you will not want to miss. Bill’s discography includes 26 albums and classic folk songs such as “River,” “Early Morning Rain,” and “The Roseville Fair.” You’ve probably heard Bill singing on A Prairie Home Companion, HBO’s award winning series Deadwood, or Public Radio’s Mountain Stage. You may have even heard him play at Sleder’s in the past.  He’s one of Randolph’s favorites, and like Randolph, Bill always draws a fabulous crowd of sensible and fun folks.

Bill weaves a blend of gentle wit and humor into his performances and warms the hearts of our patrons, and for that, everyone at Sleder’s thanks him.  We are also grateful to Connemara Concerts for adding Michigan’s oldest restaurant to Bill’s 2018 tour schedule.  Bring your friends and family.  Tickets are on sale now!
